Acceptable use

Your job, our infrastructure

We keep what we do small on purpose, so it is clear who takes care of what.

We provide messaging gateway software: device pairing, SIM management, routing, dashboard, API, and logging. We do not sell virtual numbers, we do not collect consent for you, and we do not approve your campaigns.

You must obtain lawful consent, honor opt-out requests promptly, follow TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and any other laws where you operate, and follow carrier and platform rules (including 10DLC registration, content limits, and send-rate limits where they apply).

Spam, scams, and unlawful messaging are prohibited. See our Terms of Service for the full Acceptable Use rules, or contact us for a Data Processing Agreement.

Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions

Is this a virtual number or A2P 10DLC service?

No. This is gateway infrastructure. You bring your own real Android phones and SIM cards. Signing up with carriers (10DLC, toll-free checks, and country approvals) is up to you.

Who handles messaging compliance?

You do. We give you the infrastructure, routing, logs, and a clear view. You must get consent, honor opt-outs, follow TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and local laws, and obey any carrier rules where you work.

Why use Android phones instead of SIP or SMS aggregator credits?

Some teams need messages that come from a real phone (iMessage, WhatsApp business accounts, and person-to-person SMS over real SIMs). Aggregator credits do not always cover that. We built this tool for that kind of work.

What happens if a phone goes offline?

The fleet health view marks it offline after one missed check-in. Messages for that phone's SIMs stay in the queue. You can wait for the phone to come back, or move the SIM to another online phone.
